If your order has not arrived perfect condition then rest assured, the seller who carefully made and shipped your item will put this right for you as quickly as possible.
Important: Please don’t throw out the item before contacting the seller.
How to Contact the Seller
- Go to the Orders page in your Yumbles account.
- You will need to login using the email address you used to place your order. There is no guest checkout on Yumbles. If you can't remember your password use the Forgot Password link.
- Once logged in and on the Orders page, find the order and click Contact Seller next to it.
- Write your message, including whether you’d like a refund or replacement.
- Include a link to photos of the damaged item. You can upload photos to a file-sharing site like Google Drive, Flickr, or Dropbox, and include the link in your message.
- Click Send to submit your message to the seller.
The seller will reply back to you as soon as they can. You’ll receive their response via email and also in your Yumbles inbox.
