I am not happy with the help the seller has given, what should I do?

Every seller on Yumbles has been hand-picked as much for their commitment to exceptional customer service as it is for their exceptional produce.  Their customer service is closely monitored to ensure the high standards are always upheld.

 

So, it should be incredibly rare for you to ever experience poor customer service from any seller on Yumbles if they have been given the chance to help you.

 

Please do contact them via the Orders page in your Yumbles account first to give them chance to resolve your issue.

 

However, if you find that a seller does not reply to you within a maximum of 2 working days or you are not happy with the assistance that they have given you and you do not feel that they can help you further then you can escalate your case to us here.
