If your order status has been Cancelled or Declined, or the seller has confirmed to you that they will issue you with a refund, then your refund will be issued to your payment method within 2 working days of either of these events.
Please note: If your payment method was card (or Google Pay or Apple Pay), then your bank may take a further up to 10 working days to process the refund back to your account. So do allow for that time too.
If the order status is not Cancelled or Declined, or the seller has not confirmed to you that your refund will be issued, but you are expecting a refund, then you will need to contact the seller via your order, within the Orders page in your Yumbles account to confirm that with them first. (Login with the email address you used to place your order).
How to see if your Order status is Refunded
If you are awaiting a full order refund then you will see the order status change to Refunded once the refund is with your payment method.
You can check your order status anytime within the Orders page in your Yumbles account. (Login with the email address you used to place your order).
Note: if you are waiting only for a partial refund not a full order refund, then the order status will NOT change to show Refunded.
It's been over 10 working days and you still don't have your refund
If you were expecting a full order refund more than 10 working days ago and the status of your order in the Orders page of your account is still not Refunded
OR
If a partial refund was promised by the seller more than 10 working days ago and it has not reached your account
Then:
Message the seller via the Orders page in your account to ask them about your refund.
