You receive free delivery on your first order when you join.
After that, free delivery applies only to items marked FREE DELIVERY for FEC MEMBERS with the 🚀 rocket symbol.
Most products qualify, but not all. If delivery was charged, the items in your basket were not eligible for members free delivery.
For future orders, look for:
- The 🚀 rocket symbol on product listings
- The Free delivery for members filter (found on the left hand side of any category page). See this guide with helpful screenshots.
