What is the status of my order? Can I track it?

To see the status of your order, and get all the help you need, go to the Orders page in your Yumbles account. 

 

You will need to login using the email address you used to place your order. There is no guest checkout on Yumbles. If you can't remember your password select the Forgot Password link.  

 

Once on your Orders page you can:

  • see the status of your order
  • if it was dispatched, you can see the date it was dispatched
  • if tracking is available, you can see the tracking information
  • if you need more help, you can Contact the Seller
