We’re sad to see you go! Cancelling your Food Explorers Club membership is easy and is done directly from the Subscriptions page within your Yumbles account.
Note that when you complete the cancellation steps below, your membership can no longer be used to enjoy the benefits like free delivery. The cancellation applies immediately.
Cancellation Steps:
- Go to the Subscriptions page here.
- You will need to login to your account with the email address that has the active membership (the email address where you receive the membership emails). Can’t remember your Yumbles account password? Click Forgot Your Password to reset it.
- In the list of your subscriptions find the line item for an active Food Explorers Club
- Click the End Membership link you will find on that row. See this screenshot:
- The next screen will confirm if you’re due a refund and if so calculate how much refund you are due in line with the cancellation terms and conditions.
- At the last screen, we’ll ask why you’re cancelling. This is optional but really helps us make the membership better for everyone.
Refunds
Depending on when you cancel your membership AND how much you have used your membership in the current membership year, you may also be entitled to some refund of your most recent membership charge.
Your refund on cancellation is automatically calculated in accordance with the membership terms and conditions - see those terms here.
Once you complete the cancellation steps as per the above, any refund you are entitled to will be automatically and immediately sent to your bank.
Please then allow your bank up to 10 working days to process it back into your account.
