You enter promotion or discount codes at checkout on the final page for payment.

Please note that discount codes are not applied automatically - you’ll need to enter the code when placing your order.

How to apply the code

1. Add your items to your basket. Making sure your basket meets any conditions of the promotion code (for example, some codes require a minimum order value).
2. Go to checkout.
3. On the final step of checkout, on the payment page, click on the "Apply gift voucher or promo code" link that that you will find just below where it confirms the total cost for your order. See here:

4. Enter your promotion code in the box that appears, precisely as given.
5. Click apply, and check the code has been applied.
6. Complete your order.

Promotion code not working?

Some promotion codes have conditions such as a minimum order value or one time use only.   Always check your basket meets the stated conditions first.

If the conditions for the promotion code you are using have not been met, you should see an error message confirming that.
