If your promotion or discount code isn't applying at check out, then please:

1. Make sure the minimum spend is reached

For example, our YUMMY5 gives £5 off your first Yumbles purchase (offered to first time customers) with a minimum spend of £50.
 

2. Make sure you haven't used the code before

Codes are valid for a one-time use only. 

3. Make sure all conditions are met

If the conditions for the promotion code you are using have not been met, you should see an error message confirming that at check out.
