I tried to cancel my subscription, but it doesn’t let me, why?

If you’re unable to cancel your subscription from the Subscriptions page in your Yumbles account, it’s usually because the subscription was only recently started.

To prevent abuse of subscribe-and-save (setting up a subscription to get the discount and then immediately cancelling it), subscriptions can only be cancelled 2 weeks after the first order has been dispatched.

This gives you time to receive your items and decide whether you’d like to continue.

If your subscription is less than 2 weeks old, please try again once the 2-week period has passed and you will find that you can cancel it right away.
