You can cancel a product subscription anytime from within your Yumbles account via the dedicated Subscriptions page.
Steps:
- Go to the Subscriptions page here.

Log in using the email address you used to create your Yumbles account.
Can’t remember your password? Click Forgotten Password to reset it. - Once you’re on your Subscriptions page, find the Active subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel in that row.
- You should see the status of that subscription change from Active to Cancelled.
- If you have subscribed to multiple products, you will need to follow steps 3 to 5 for each item you wish to no longer receive deliveries of, separately.
No more new orders will now be raised for deliveries of that product.
Important: these steps only prevent any new orders being raised. It does not cancel any existing orders already automatically raised for the next delivery. If you wish a Pending order to be cancelled you will need to message the Maker directly via the order to request order cancellation.

Why can't I cancel my subscription?
To prevent abuse of subscribe-and-save discounts, subscriptions can only be cancelled 2 weeks after the first order has been dispatched. This gives you time to receive and try the items.
If you’re unable to cancel straight away, please try again once the 2-week period has passed.
