If you would like to change something about your order then you need to message the seller. They can give you all the help you need.
Just bear in mind that if the order is Processing and almost due for delivery, or if the order status has changed to Dispatched, it may be too late to change anything.
How to Contact the Seller
- Go to the Orders page in your Yumbles account.
- You will need to login using the email address you used to place your order. There is no guest checkout on Yumbles. If you can't remember your password select the Forgot Password link.
- Once on your Orders page, identify the order and click Contact Seller next to it.
- Write your message.
- Click Send to submit your message to the seller.
The seller will reply back to you as soon as they can. This is typically within a maximum of 1 to 2 working days; often far faster.
