To see all of your transactions go to the Orders page in your Yumbles account.
You will need to login using the email address you used to place your orders in the past. There is no guest checkout on Yumbles. If you can't remember your password select the Forgot Password link.
Order Payments
Once on your Orders page you can see all orders you have placed by date and their amounts.
If you ordered items from more than seller on a particular day then the transaction amount on your bank statement will be the combined total payment of those orders on that date, as you will have completed one checkout payment for the items.
For example if you have two orders placed on 7th December, one for £15 and one for £30; then you will see £45 on your bank statement on or around that date.
Membership Payments
If you are or have been a Food Explorers Club member then the Orders page will also list each annual membership fee payment.
If you recently cancelled your membership, and you cancelled it within the first month before the annual membership fee was charged, you may also find that a cancellation charge has been applied. The cancellation charge is just the delivery savings you had received with your membership during that brief period of taking it up and then cancelling. In line with the membership terms and conditions.
Can't Identify a Payment?
If you have a payment on your bank account that does not match the transactions you can see in the Orders page in your Yumbles account then consider if you may have created another Yumbles account with a different email address that you have.
All transactions on Yumbles can only be completed via a Yumbles account.
If you do not have any other email addresses then get in touch with us to provide you with further assistance. It is possible you have created another Yumbles account with an typo in your email address which is why you cannot see it.
Just let us know the following so that we can identify the transaction for you:
- the amount of the transaction
- whether it is on your bank statement or PayPal
- the date of the transaction
- the last 4 digits of the bank card associated with your account (if not a PayPal transaction)
