No, unfortunately not. Yumbles is an online only marketplace, we don’t process orders over the phone.
We hope you find the ordering process straightforward but we are here to help if you need it.
How to Place your Order:
- Find the item(s) you would like to order and click add to basket.
- Once you are finished shopping, click to proceed to checkout.
- If you are not already logged into your Yumbles account you will be asked to confirm your email address.
- If you do not have a Yumbles account already you will be asked to choose a password to create an account. There is no guest checkout on Yumbles. Creating an account is simply giving your email address and then creating yourself a password. This then enables you to track your orders and communicate directly with sellers if needed.
- Once you have logged in (or created your account) you will be asked to confirm the Delivery Address for your order. You can either select a delivery address you have used for past orders, or enter a new address. It is not possible to enter multiple delivery addresses for one checkout. You will need to place one order per address.
- After you have confirmed the delivery address you will come to a page to confirm the shipping option you would like to use. On this page you can also request a later delivery date, if the seller offers this.
- On the final page you can review your order and finally select your method of payment. On this page, if you have a gift voucher or a promotion code, you will also find the place to enter that.
- Once payment has been successful, you will see a screen confirming you have placed your order. You will also receive an email notification. The Orders page in your Yumbles account will also confirm your order, and you can continue to track it's progress there too.
