How can I get faster delivery?

As a marketplace, the delivery options and timescales vary by Seller. Each product page shows the Seller's delivery options and typical timescales in the Delivery section. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout.

If you need your order sooner, you can contact the Seller to ask whether faster shipping is possible (there may be an additional charge).

 

Option 1: Contact the Seller before ordering

  1. Go to the product page of the item you’re interested in.
  2. Click Contact the Maker (bottom of the description).
  3. Send your message with the delivery date you need to them to see if it is possible.

The seller will reply and confirm if they can meet your request (this is NOT guaranteed). You will receive their reply via email and also in your Yumbles inbox.

 

Option 2: Order first, then message the Seller

  1. Place your order, selecting the fastest available delivery option.
  2. Go to your Orders page.
  3. Log in using the email address you used to place your order.
  4. Find your order and next to it click Contact Seller.
  5. Let them know the delivery date you ideally need.

The seller will reply and confirm if they can meet your request (this is NOT guaranteed). You will receive their reply via email and also in your Yumbles inbox.
