Yumbles is a marketplace featuring hundreds of hand-picked independent food and drink makers directly selling their incredible items.
Each Maker is responsible for the product information shown on their product listings and they are encouraged to describe their item as fully as possible. You should find on every product page key information like what options there are, the items size/ weight, shelf life (if perishable) and also ingredients and dietary and allergen advice.
If you can't find the answer to your question from the information on a product's page then you can directly message the Maker to ask them.
Note: you need to have a Yumbles account to exchange messages with a Maker. Creating an account is quick and easy, you just confirm your email address and set a password.
How to Contact the Maker
- Visit the product page for which you have the question.
- Click the Contact the Maker button you will find below the product description.
- If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be asked to login to your Yumbles account or create an account.
- Write your message to the Maker.
- Submit.
Your message will be sent directly to the Maker. They’ll reply as soon as they can, within 1 to 2 working days.
You’ll receive their response by email and it will also be in your Yumbles inbox.
